Major General Joseph G. Gray placed the tiara on this year's Virginia Cherry Blossom Princess, Ann Dustin Sullivan, at the Virginia Cherry Blossom Princess Crowning Luncheon, held at the Fort Myer Officers' Club on March 20, 2010.  Proud father and President of the Society of Virginia looks on.
